Return time

Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive the item. If more than 30 days have passed since you received the package, we cannot provide a refund or exchange.

 

Criteria for returns

The product must be unused and must be in the same condition as when received.

Product must be in original packaging (including box, accompanying accessories and dust bag).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any kind on DISCOUNT items, items purchased with discount codes and store credit codes.

 

How to make returns

Please follow these instructions when returning the product

– Send an e-mail to request a return, including reason, photos and proof of purchase.

– We will review your request and provide more detailed instructions.

– Once we have received the returned item(s), we will confirm your refund as soon as it has been processed.

 

Return shipping fee

You will be responsible for shipping fees when you return the item

Shipping time for exchanged products may vary depending on location.

 

Faulty items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

 

Refund

Upon inspection, we will confirm receipt and notify you of approval or denial of the refund.

Refunds may take 30 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within the specified time.

 

Late or missing refunds

After getting your permission, your refund will be processed and, within a predetermined number of days, a credit will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method.

Refunds that are missing or arrive late: First, check your bank account if you haven’t received your refund yet. Once the refund has been applied to your account, get in touch with your credit card company because it can take some time.

 

Exchange

We will only replace products if the products are defective or damaged.
